A change manager provides a business with a systematic approach to organizational or technological transitions. As a change manager, your job duties include collaborating with project managers and project teams, setting up change management processes, and implementing strategies to help make necessary changes successful. You also oversee change requests, work to control the change process, and help users accept and adapt to the transition. Another aspect of your job is to thoroughly document changes, both for future reference and in case audits or rollbacks take place.

What does a change manager do?

A Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the process of organizational change, ensuring that business transformations are implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption. They work to manage the human, technological, and process aspects of change initiatives, such as new software rollouts or restructuring efforts.
