Organizational Change Management Strategist
The Opportunity:
As the Organizational Change Management Strategist, you know that effective change begins with clear insights. Organizations rely on accurate, timely, and well-interpreted data to move forward in their organizational goals. You will work closely with Navy clients to develop a strategy addressing their major data-driven transformation utilizing agile principles and met hodologies. Leveraging experience in organizational transformation, change management, and strategic planning and execution, you'll apply a data-driven, human- center ed approach to diagnose challenges, uncover performance drivers, and design solutions that elevate organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will analyze the interactions between people, processes, and technology to provide actionable insights to senior leaders. You will evaluate workflows, identify trends and inefficiencies, ensure operations support mission objectives, and optimize and automate processes.
This role is for you if you enjoy creating e nga ging deliverables, visualizing complex data, and translating findings into strategies that align workforce capabilities with organizational goals. Operating with minimal supervision, you will bring curiosity and adapt ability to a fast-paced environment, developing concepts that drive meaningful transformation. You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience with organizational transformation, change management, process improvement, or strategic planning
  • 4+ years of experience working within Agile environments and with Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile practices
  • Experience with stakeholder e nga gement, organizational data collection, and qualitative and quantitative organizational performance analysis
  • Experience leading and delivering executive-level briefings to clients and stakeholders on change strategy, program process, organizational impacts, risks, and adoption met rics
  • Experience using Micro sof t Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of data governance, interoperability, and structured reporting within large-scale programs
  • Ability to bridge communication gaps and foster collaboration across multiple teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with digital transformation programs, user- center ed design, and high-impact technology environments
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Change Management Certification such as PROSCI Certification
  • Agile- related Certification such as ICP-Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
