The Opportunity:
Whether it's process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that's what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It's why we're looking for an organizational transformation and change specialist like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Navy customer industry. On our team, you'll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy and other initiatives. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.
Work with us as we lead change in the Navy customer industry.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:

  • Experience leading end-to-end change management initiatives using structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter, and working within federal agencies or defense organizations
  • Experience using Microsoft 365, including developing briefings, reports, strategic communications, and deliverables for senior-level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of government policies, governance processes, compliance requirements, organizational transformation principles, business process improvement, workforce impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and their integration with change management activities
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders across military, civilian, and contractor communities to define strategy, drive alignment, and support decision-making, and influence without authority and guide stakeholders through organizational resistance, competing interests, or uncertain conditions
  • Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, evolving requirements, shifting priorities, and incomplete information, build clarity, structure, and actionable recommendations out of unstructured or complex data sets, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into executive-ready insights
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate matrixed organizations, and maintain momentum in dynamic or highly regulated environments
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Department of the Navy processes, tools, and executive-level engagements
  • Experience working with DoD or service-specific transformation programs, including engagements with senior military leadership

  • Experience facilitating training, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change readiness activities
  • Experience executing change strategies aligned to federal mandates, mission requirements, and enterprise modernization efforts
  • Ability to draw conclusions from limited or ambiguous information, and operate with professionalism and resilience in high-visibility, high-pressure, or politically sensitive contexts
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including assisting with developing clear, concise policy memos, read-aheads, EXSUMs, and leadership briefings
  • Possession of excellent data-gathering and analytical skills
  • Prosci, ACMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar Government or Defense-specific Certifications
