About the role
As Change Management Lead, you will partner closely with the Business Process Engineering team to support the successful adoption and long-term sustainability of business process and system changes. Once new processes or solutions are designed and implemented, you will help ensure they are embedded into day-to-day operations by driving adoption, gathering feedback, and helping teams transition to new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Business Process Engineering team to build change management plans alongside every major process redesign
  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools across impacted teams through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Track what's working and what isn't after a process goes live, and course-correct in partnership with the process owner
  • Build repeatable change management frameworks the business can reuse across future transformation initiatives

About you
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Experience leading change management initiatives related to business processes, systems, or organizational change
  • Able to operate as a senior individual contributor and establish change management practices where they are not yet formally defined
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments and taking a hands-on approach to building new capabilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain changes clearly and connect them to day-to-day operational impact
  • Collaborative partner to process, strategy, and operations teams, integrating change management into broader business initiatives

To be ahead of the pack you might have:
  • Background or coursework in organizational psychology, change management, or a related discipline
  • Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) - not required, but a plus
  • Experience partnering directly with a process engineering or transformation function
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

What's in it for you?
This role offers the opportunity to be the first dedicated change management hire supporting a growing function. You'll help establish and shape the organization's approach to change management, working closely with teams involved in key business transformation initiatives to support adoption and long-term success of new processes and ways of working.
