Job description

About the Opportunity The Director of Global Change Management will provide change management expertise and leadership for Driscoll's most significant, company-wide strategic initiatives, including (but not limited to) the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) program. This role is expected to establish and lead Driscoll's Change Management function, reporting under the VP, Global Talent. This role will work closely with business leaders and project teams around the world to set standards, enable adoption, and build sustainable change capability across the enterprise. Responsibilities

**Please Note: This role requires an on-site presence Monday - Thursday at one of the following locations: Watsonville, California, USA or Breda, Netherlands**


Establish and lead the Change Management global function providing company-wide direction, standards, and enablement for change management

Define and continuously improve the enterprise change management methodology, standards, and toolkits and ensure their adoption across initiatives

Provide governance and consultative partnership for strategic initiatives, including intake/prioritization, change impact assessment, integrated planning, and escalation support for high-risk adoption issues

Build change capability across the organization through coaching, facilitation, and training for leaders, managers, HR partners, and project teams

Establish metrics and reporting to measure adoption, readiness, and change outcomes; use insights to drive continuous improvement

Establish and run a global Change Management Community of Practice (CoP) to connect practitioners across geographies and business units, share best practices, develop common assets, and build alignment

Develop and deploy change management plans within an overall change management framework by assessing and diagnosing needs, executing plans, and measuring progress

Work collaboratively across business units, functions, and initiative leaders to prioritize and deliver stakeholder engagement/management, communications, training, and organizational transitions

Operate at the strategic and tactical levels across multiple functions and geographies.

Direct the efficient and effective resolution of complex or unusual business issues applying rigorous analytical thought and judgment to create a culture of continuous improvement related to people, processes and platforms

Recruit, onboard, and coach staff to ensure robust learning and career development consistent with the Company's values and rapidly globalizing profile

Represents Driscoll's in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at large

    Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP/CCMP, or equivalent) and demonstrated use of a structured change methodology
10+ years of progressive change management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional, multi-country transformations (technology, process, and/or operating model)

Required Skills & Experiences
Experience establishing, scaling, or operating a Change Management function (e.g., standards, toolkits, governance, capacity planning, and practitioner enablement)
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), including executive-level storytelling, message framing, and facilitation with diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders without direct authority; strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills
Comfort operating in a global, multicultural environment; able to tailor change approaches for different regions, cultures, and business contexts
Strong partnering skills with program/project management (e.g., integrated plans, risk management, dependencies, and stage-gate readiness) and ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery

Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.

Salary Range estimated for the Director, Global Change Management: $155,000 to $213,000 USD.
