Champions Group is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing digital marketing function. In this role, you’ll administer key digital marketing platforms, lead AI-powered speed-to-lead integrations across digital channels and contribute to performance optimization efforts that improve lead quality, response speed, and business outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple platforms, and can connect the dots between digital marketing performance and broader business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Integrations

  • Configure and launch AI speed-to-lead integrations with relevant digital marketing platforms (LSA, Yelp, HomeAdvisor, etc.)
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper setup prior to go-live
  • Partner with divisional marketing leads to build and launch SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring proper configuration, performance analysis, and ongoing recommendations
  • Collaborate with vendor contacts to resolve issues and implement campaign enhancements

  • Report on key LSA performance metrics including call answer rates, message response rates, and lead volume
  • Audit speed-to-lead integrations regularly to ensure proper connectivity and remediate issues as they arise
  • Train call center teams on responding to LSA message leads and proper lead grading
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market-level LSA competition, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and optimization opportunities to maximize ad prominence and qualified lead generation.

Digital Administration

  • Administer and maintain secure access to all digital platforms
  • Support the onboarding and verification of new marketing accounts, including Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and Google Business Profiles (GBP). Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required legal documentation and serve as the primary liaison with Google throughout the verification process.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and follow-through
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with reporting experience
  • Ability to understand the broader digital marketing ecosystem — recognizing how individual components affect performance both within and outside their direct scope, and escalating to the appropriate stakeholders when needed
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google LSA, Google Analytics, and AI speed-to-lead platforms a plus
  • Ability to access digital marketing platforms and analytics dashboards, extract relevant data, and interpret key performance metrics

Benefits:

  • Health insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement plan: 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off: Generous vacation, holidays, and sick leave
  • Training and development: Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and advancement
