Position Summary
Fully trained upholsterer capable of independently completing standard upholstery tasks with consistent quality and efficiency.
Position Details
  • Independently upholster standard furniture frames
  • Read and interpret work orders, patterns, and specifications
  • Select appropriate materials (fabric, foam, springs, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards
  • Identify and correct minor issues without supervision
  • Maintain productivity expectations for assigned work
  • Support training of Level 1 employees as needed

  • Consistently meets quality and production standards
  • Works independently with minimal errors
  • Demonstrates reliability and accountability

Position Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in upholstery techniques
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and quality (4-way match, spot, flow-match/direction of fabric)
  • Solid understanding of materials and tools
