We are a growing holster manufacturing company, looking to fill multiple shop positions.
This position requires attention to detail, motivated individual that is willing and physically able to be on your feet majority of the day.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare molds for holster production
  • Cut materials (Kydex, HDPE, Aluminum)
  • Operate CNC machines: cutting, drilling, sanding, and polishing holsters and components
  • Majority of the day spent buffing and polishing Holster shells to prepare for next steps
  • Assemble, package, and ship finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform general shop duties as needed
  • Read and follow customer orders accurately
  • Uphold a positive attitude and strong work ethic
