Job description

The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic Head of Investor Relations (based either in Munich or in San Francisco) to act as the primary liaison between our company and the investment community. You will be responsible for crafting our corporate narrative, managing relationships with equity analysts and institutional investors, and ensuring that our company's strategy and financial performance are accurately reflected in the market.
Your Responsibilities
  • Investor Strategy & Outreach: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to build long-term interest from institutional investors and retail shareholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and analyst reports to provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for the investment community. Organize and manage investor roadshows, analyst days, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with the Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent message across all corporate reporting and filings.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Equity Research, or Investment Banking.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business. An MBA or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into a compelling story.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate investor concerns and proactively address market sentiment.
