Your role:

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor and become an integral part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market team. As a certified expert in your field, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing technology solutions for our valued customers, with AI at the core. Working hand in hand with our Kyndryl Consult Partners and Customer Partners, you will leverage your technical, solution and enterprise software expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you'll be a trusted ally and visionary, delivering differentiated value to our customers. Through engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and authority in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.

What you will do:

Lead and Coordinate

  • Take the lead: Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices.

  • Support the team: You'll support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, and Pre-Sales, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners.

Develop and Deliver Solutions

  • Think strategically: Identify the intricate business and technical requirements of our customers, leveraging our vast capabilities to generate winning cross-practice solutions.

  • Drive our success: Use your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you'll develop profitable deals.

Collaborate, Communicate and Build Relationships

  • Collaborate to create: Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions.

  • Connect our capabilities: Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.

Demonstrate Customer Success

  • Act and become our customers' trusted advisor within their practice specialty by bringing business and technical expertise and insights. Actively open doors and opportunities in other Kyndryl specialties by engaging with peers

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key alliance partnersand ecosystems; create referenceable customers

  • Lead the business and technical customer engagement as a domain expert and work jointly with the Customer Partner and Consult Partner to the close of sale

  • Has the eminence to deliver billable work for early engagement of the sales process and ensure follow through to create customer satisfaction

DemonstrateCommercial Success

  • Work with the Kyndryl Customer Partner to identify and develop opportunities through deep business/technical expertise

  • Define a unique value proposition for respective area of expertise. Responsible for looking at capabilities to bring full value to the customer

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate a winning response and optimal technical and business customer outcomes

  • Actively participate in the Customer Growth Planning process and execution with the Customer Partner - specifically proactively identify and mature growth opportunities and convert to winning deals

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles.

  • Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms, including software sales

  • Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value service offerings

  • Experience supporting technology and enterprise software sales across multi-industry environments

  • Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions

  • Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable
    customer insights and solutions

  • Prior consultative selling experience

Preferred skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $129,240 to $232,560 based on a full-time schedule.Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $155,040 to $279,120

California (All Other): $142,080 to $255,840

Colorado:$129,240 to $232,560

Massachusetts: $129,240 to $255,840

New York City:$155,040 to $279,120

Washington:$142,080 to $255,840

Washington DC: $142,080 to $255,840

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
