Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Agile coaching and transformation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles and practices.
  • Assess Agile maturity and define improvement roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies across multiple business units.
  • Facilitate organizational change management activities related to Agile transformation.
  • Mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and SAFe practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
  • Help teams remove impediments and improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Promote self-organizing and high-performing teams.
  • Coach executives and managers on Agile leadership principles.
  • Support organizational design aligned with Agile operating models.
  • Guide leaders in metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Drive Agile governance while maintaining team autonomy.
  • Improve predictability, quality, and delivery velocity.
  • Establish Agile KPIs and performance dashboards.
