  • Floating when needed, mileage reimbursement offered

Overview
The CERTIFIED Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Experience
  • Less than a year of related experience required
  • Phlebotomy experience highly preferred

Education
  • High School Diploma OR equivalency required

Certification
Must have one of the following on the first day of employment:
  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Registered Medical Assistant
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant
  • Certified EMT (EMT-B)

BLS within 90 days of hire date
