Your job Planning and carrying out corporate events for clients or employees·, from design to delivery. Coordinate all partners and suppliers to ensure efficient execution and a quality experience. Manage budgets, schedules and deliverables while ensuring compliance with established standards. Ensure the implementation and optimisation of sponsorship activities and compliance with visibility commitments. Advise stakeholders on the logistical, technical and operational aspects of events. Oversee the smooth progress of events in the field and recommend improvements that promote innovation and efficiency. Your team The Vice-President - Culture, Communication and Voice of the Organization is a team of 67 specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to promote the Bank and create memorable experiences for its various audiences. You join 5 passionate specialists·in the Corporate events team who work closely to deliver high-quality events. You will report to the Manager - Corporate events.
