Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to enhance our project management team. This role involves comprehensive involvement in project documentation, planning, execution, and closeout. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to ensure the smooth progression and compliance of our projects.
Key Responsibility:
Assist the Project Management Team to:


  • Maintain and control all project documentation.
  • Read and understand project plans and specifications.
  • Create, manage, and track RFIs from the field to architects/engineers.
  • Maintain, track, and update project records.
  • Create and distribute the project schedule in collaboration with the project manager and superintendent.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution among owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Review and submit submittals from subcontractors to architects/engineers for approval.
  • Obtain necessary project permits in conjunction with the project manager and owner.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Manage project change orders.
  • Document and take notes during weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) and subcontractor meetings.
  • Coordinate site safety and document compliance.
  • Aid in project closeout.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned to support project objectives.
Required Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated professionalism, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software, preferably Procore.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in construction management or related fields preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
  • Certifications related to construction management or project management.
  • Proven track record of effective communication and teamwork in a construction setting.
