Summary:
The Phlebotomist, Lead is responsible for overseeing general operation of phlebotomy area and phlebotomy personnel. The Lead is responsible for training, competency, and assessment of all other phlebotomist. This individual will order and receive all supplies for phlebotomist.
Requirements:
Completion of accredited phlebotomy certificate program. Minimum three years phlebotomy, leadership experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid and active Phlebotomist certification
BLS required
Work Requirements:
Shift: Night
On Call: Yes
Weekends: Rotating
Travel Required: No Travel
