2026 PARALEGAL TRAINING PROGRAMAt D.Law, we're redefining what it means to be a plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm, which is why we created our Paralegal Training Program - an opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop the practical skills needed to succeed in a legal environment. 


PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our Paralegal Training Program is designed to provide participants with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to support attorneys in a variety of legal settings, including case management, calendaring, filings, client communication, and drafting.


This immersive program combines classroom-style instruction with real-world legal training to help participants build confidence, workplace readiness, and professional experience in a law firm environment.


The program is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level legal assistant and paralegal support roles through practical learning experiences and mentorship from legal professionals.

OPPORTUNITIES AFTER THE PROGRAM

Select participants who successfully complete the program may be offered full-time Litigation Paralegal position at D.Law, with a starting pay rate of $30.00 per hour. Full-time employees who are selected for the Litigation Paralegal position are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

6 Weeks | September 8, 2026 - October 16, 2026 

Monday - Friday

8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break)


LOCATION

Pasadena, CA

(On-site, in-person, not hybrid or remote)


COMPENSATION

$25.00 per hour


ELIGIBILITY

Open to individuals who have earned their Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program within 12 months of the start of the program, as well as students currently enrolled in an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate Program expected to be completed by September 8, 2026.

* For those currently enrolled in a Paralegal Certificate program, we ask for a letter from the school that the applicant is on track to successfully complete the program. Applicants who have completed their paralegal program but have not received a certificate, we ask for a letter from the school confirming the applicant successfully completed the program and is expected to receive a certificate.
