Job description

Cii Service is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Burlington, NC service team! We offer an entrepreneurial culture that promotes from within our organization and provides strong incentives for great performance. If you are comfortable servicing and troubleshooting Commercial HVAC equipment, we would love to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems
  • Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices
  • Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity
  • Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office
  • Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment

Qualifications and preferred experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record, required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings during employment
  • Ability to pass a background check
