Facility is looking for an INPATIENT LOCUM TO PERM provider.

Schedule:

  • ASAP - ongoing
  • 24 hour call, 7a-7a

Details:

  • Hospital based coverage
  • ERCP required; EUS highly preferred
  • Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, inpatient procedures, and consults
  • Adult only
  • EMR: Cerner

All providers submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position

Submission Requirements
  • Must be interested in Locum to Perm - REQUIRED
  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - REQUIRED
  • Active IA License or IMLC - REQUIRED
  • ACLS - REQUIRED
