Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology
Location: 10101 Forest Hill Blvd. Wellington, FL 33414
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
On-Call: Required
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing diagnostic and minimally invasive procedures, with a strong focus on neuro and stroke-related interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
  • Assist physicians with IR procedures, including neuro and stroke interventions
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedation as required
  • Monitor patient response and manage complications during procedures
  • Ensure accurate documentation in Cerner
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures and recovery
  • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements:
  • Active RN License (state/compact) - Must be clean (no hits)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of IR acute care experience - Required
  • Neuro/Stroke experience - Required
  • Cerner experience - Required
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Must live 100+ miles away
