About the Role:
Liberty Solutions has a client in need of a dedicated, Senior-level Oracle Cerner-focused Project Manager to help lead a new implementation/rollout specially within integrations, clinical device work, ambulatory rollouts, and system upgrades. This will be a 6-month contract initially with a chance to be extended and primarily remote, with travel only required for key events.
Role-Specific Requirements
  • Extensive experience managing and leading Oracle Cerner integration, clinical device, ambulatory, and system upgrade projects
  • 8+ years of PM experience leading Oracle Cerner implementations
  • Extensive Cerner integrations experience (interfaces, third-party systems)
  • Clinical device integration experience
  • Ambulatory implementation experience across a range of practice types
  • System upgrade experience within the Cerner / Oracle Health ecosystem
  • Comfort being deployed across varied project types as the PMO calls up bench resources
  • Experience managing 2+ Cerner implementations in the past
Universal PM Requirements
  • 810+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven track record driving implementations (not oversight-only or director-level roles where projects were delegated)
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to present to senior IT leadership and business stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability and willingness to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Available for potential travel during key milestones and go-lives
