191-bed hospital, Level III Trauma, Level III NICU

Lafayette is home of Purdue University. College-town amenities, restaurants, sports, and cultural events

MUST HAVE

  • Strong experience with intervention and performing STEMI
  • Scrub experience with TVARs, Watchman, and Ablations

Certs REQ: ARRT(R), ACLS, BLS

Pending State License accepted: Pending license okay as long as applied
