Orlando Dental Implants is a 5-star rated dental office specializing in full mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency dentistry.
Focus on full mouth rehabilitation (All-on-X and All-on-4) to transform patients' smiles and improve their quality of life.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art in-office dental lab including a photo studio, Exocad design center, ceramic/aesthetic room, 3D printing room, and milling center with 4 Amann Girrbach 5-axis mills.
Provide comprehensive dental services from preventative care to fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and single tooth implant replacement.
Seeking positive, enthusiastic team members passionate about dentistry and patient care.
Requirements
Previous dental assisting experience required.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Commitment to patient care and comfort.
Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in typing, charting, and computer use.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to patients.
Assist doctors during dental procedures.
Take radiographs efficiently and accurately.
Maintain doctor's schedule and patient flow to minimize wait times.
Clean office and treatment areas including mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting.
Review patient charts prior to doctor arrival and document appropriately.
Understand dental terminology to perform duties effectively.
Verify patient health history and medications accurately.
Support office duties such as check-in/out, phone handling, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment posting.
Education & Certification
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
X-Ray Certification (required).
Registered Dental Assistant (required).
Experience
Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience required.
Skills
Taking X-rays.
Cord placement.
Polishing.
Fabricating provisionals.
Spanish-speaking preferred but not mandatory.
Employment Details
Job type: Full-time, on-site.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour initially; pay review after 3 months.
Bonus: Eligibility for BW paycheck after 1 year, ranging from $100 to $600 weekly based on full arch surgeries performed.
