National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is no ordinary Motorhome service facility. It’s an industry-changing way to sell, service, store and wash your luxury Motor home. NIRVC opened its first facility doors in Lewisville, Texas, in 2009. Since then, an additional five facilities have opened in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Phoenix.
Ceramic Coating Technician

National Indoor RV Centers is experiencing exceptional growth, and we are seeking a Ceramic Coating Technician to join our team! The Ceramic Coating Technician is responsible for the preparation, application, and finishing of ceramic coatings on RVs and passenger vehicles in accordance with NIRVC quality, safety, and production standards. This role supports the paint and body operation by specializing in surface preparation, paint correction, and ceramic application, allowing body and paint technicians to focus on core repair operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform ceramic coating installations following manufacturer specifications and NIRVC standards
•    Wash, decontaminate, and properly prepare RV and automotive surfaces prior to ceramic application
•    Perform machine buffing, polishing, and paint correction as required for ceramic readiness
•    Inspect painted and finished surfaces for defects prior to coating application
•    Apply ceramic coatings evenly and consistently to achieve required protection and finish quality
•    Monitor cure times and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) during application
•    Conduct final inspections to ensure coating quality, coverage, and appearance meet NIRVC standards
•    Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces to support efficiency and quality
•    Clean, maintain, and properly store tools, applicators, polishers, and coating materials throughout the day and at the end of daily operations
•    Safely move and drive RVs and passenger vehicles within the facility and lot as required
•    Assist body shop technicians as needed with prep, finishing, or detailing-related tasks
•    Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•    Comply with all NIRVC safety rules, guidelines, and operational standards
•    Follow repair orders accurately and complete all assigned ceramic operations as outlined
•    Properly document completed work and communicate status to leadership and/or paint & body advisors
•    Perform other related duties as assigned including, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, assisting other teammates, etc.
 
Qualifications:
•    Experience applying ceramic coatings, sealants, or paint protection products preferred
•    Proficiency with buffing, polishing, and paint correction tools
•    Strong attention to detail and finish quality
•    Ability to follow standardized processes and manufacturer specifications
•    Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on elevated platforms for extended periods
•    Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate large RVs on-site
•    Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
 
Working Conditions
•    Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop 
•    May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
•    May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
•    May require working in tight spaces or at heights
•    May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals
•    May require working weekends or holidays
