CoaterZ is a leading automotive protection company specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and window tint. We’re committed to delivering premium results and exceptional customer service, ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop protected and looking its best.

Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film Installer to join our growing team in Lutz, FL. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on PPF installation experience, a strong attention to detail, and a professional, positive attitude. In this role, you will install PPF on a variety of vehicles while maintaining CoaterZ’s high standards of precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly install automotive PPF with clean, accurate, and seamless results

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, decontaminating, and prepping panels prior to installation

  • Produce consistent, high-quality work while maintaining efficiency

  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with shop procedures

  • Inspect completed installations to ensure flawless results and customer satisfaction

  • Assist team members and support workflow as needed

  • Follow all company safety practices and guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional PPF installation experience (both bulk and pre-cut)

  • Skilled in installing 8mil and 10mil films on a wide range of vehicle surfaces

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality

  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving products
