Nuestros gerentes actúan como expertos confiables en mantenimiento automotriz, líderes de servicio al cliente y desarrolladores de equipos para garantizar la seguridad, satisfacción y retención de los clientes. Lo que hará como Gerente del Centro de Lubricación:

  • Supervisar todos los aspectos de las operaciones diarias, incluida la apertura y el cierre del centro de servicio, realizar tareas de servicio al cliente y técnico para atender a los huéspedes y reparar sus vehículos, administrar el efectivo y mantener el atractivo de la tienda.
  • Cultivar y liderar un ambiente de equipo divertido.

  • Realice tareas de servicio al cliente, como un saludo rápido y amistoso, una revisión de servicio experta y recomendaciones profesionales, retiro de efectivo y bienvenida de regreso.
  • Mantener un lugar de trabajo limpio y seguro.

Qué habilidades usarás:

  • Eres amigable y estás listo para trabajar como parte de un equipo centrado en el cliente.
  • Tener habilidades efectivas de comunicación interpersonal, oral y escrita.
  • Conocimiento de las políticas y prácticas de manejo de efectivo, instalaciones y control de seguridad.
  • Tener afán de aprender.
  • Capaz de levantar ocasionalmente hasta 50 libras.
  • Tener plena movilidad y la capacidad de trabajar con las manos por encima de la cabeza.
  • Puede permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo y subir escaleras.
  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente.
  • Seis meses de experiencia en supervisión, o se prefiere experiencia/capacitación relacionada.
