- Track transport assignments in real-time, adjusting schedules and resources to meet changing demands and urgent requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for nursing units and transport staff.
- Utilize EPIC to log requests, monitor performance metrics, and maintain accurate records.
- Address delays, equipment issues, or staffing challenges to minimize service disruptions.
- Assist in compiling productivity reports and performance data for Management review.
- Complete transport trips as needed.
- Assist with equipment management and movement as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
