) Central Supply Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Supply Coordinator to join our team at Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Topsfield, Massachusetts. As a Central Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the procurement of nursing supplies, ensuring adequate and orderly upkeep of medical supplies throughout our facility.
About the Role:
As a Central Supply Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Nursing and Purchasing team to ensure that our nursing units have organized and well-stocked supply areas with designated par levels. You will submit orders for supplies weekly via electronic ordering software and in coordination with the Purchasing team, and distribute all supplies throughout our medical storage locations within the facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all nursing units have organized, well-stocked supply areas with designated par levels
  • Submit orders for supplies weekly via electronic ordering software and in coordination with the Purchasing team
  • Distribute all supplies throughout medical storage locations within the facility
  • Receive routine medical supply orders and ensure they are inventoried and stored in a timely and neat manner
  • Communicate and coordinate changes to supply procurement with nursing units, including the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn computer-based software quickly
