About Centex Auto Title

Centex Auto Title provides white-glove DMV and title services for retail customers, auto dealers, and corporate clients across Texas. Our team specializes in simplifying complex title and registration processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our enterprise operations team in our Lubbock office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized work, document accuracy, and supporting a team behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.


What You'll Do

Document Review & Processing

  • Review incoming paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Scan, upload, and organize documents within company systems
  • Assist with temporary permit processing during busy periods

Quality Control

  • Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company and client standards
  • Identify missing information or discrepancies and resolve them quickly

Administrative Support

  • Respond to internal and client emails professionally
  • Maintain accurate transaction records in internal databases
  • Assist with operational reports and documentation tracking

Team Support

  • Help maintain office supplies and operational organization
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks as needed

  • This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities include picking up and transporting bundles of license plates between the tax office and vehicle, and from the vehicle into the office, on a regular basis.
