Become a part of our caring community
CenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Orlando FL.
As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director. You will be onsite at the Casselberry clinic.
A day in the life of a Conviva physician
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • See an average of 15 patients per day
  • Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
  • You will be on-site

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
  • Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida, or able to obtain one.
  • Current, unrestricted DEA license
  • Screened for TB
  • Minimum of two+ years of experience
  • 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
  • Associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government. #LI-FM1

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
