Centerline Communications is looking for an EF&I Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and integration of cellular network equipment at sites across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving in the field, and being part of a team that keeps critical infrastructure up and running. You’ll work with remote support teams to bring sites online, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are completed safely and on time. What You’ll Do

  • Travel to cell sites to install, commission, and integrate LTE equipment
  • Pick up and manage equipment from warehouse or customer locations, ensuring proper tracking and handling
  • Work with engineering and remote teams to complete integrations successfully
  • Troubleshoot issues and help bring sites live efficiently
  • Submit site completion reports accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience with 3G/4G technologies, including integration and commissioning
  • Hands-on experience with Ericsson equipment (DUS, DUL, BB6630, BB5216, migrations)
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
  • Strong communication skills—both technical and customer-facing
  • Comfortable working in a field-based environment
  • Will be assigned a company vehicle to drive to and from the job site; a driver's license in good standing is required for the role

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This is a field-based role within the eastern PA market. Occasional overnights may be needed.
  • Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Comfortable climbing ladders or working on lifts (12–24 ft heights)
  • Requires driving, standing, bending, reaching, and working with tools regularly

Why join the Centerline Team?

  • Strong commitment to safety and training provided
  • Permanent employment with competitive wages
  • Steady, local career opportunities with a rapidly growing company
  • Full benefits package and 401k plan (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, etc.)
  • 120 hours paid time off, 10 paid holidays to start
  • Top of the line fleet of trucks and trailers with state-of-the-art tooling, test gear, and equipment
