Job description


Bayhealth, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Marketing and Community Manager who will build and manage business liaison between Bayhealth and patients, physicians, community organizations, and many more. The Community Manager should be exceptional at communicating and presenting Bayhealth, as well as managing professional relationships with referral sources and the community.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Intake/Referrals team, Marketing department, and Corporate Managers to align efforts and drive results.
  • Lead community outreach initiatives, including presentations, marketing campaigns, and event coordination.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to promote census growth, enhance community recognition, and increase referrals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, senior living facilities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the home health referral process, working closely with the DPCS, Clinical Supervisor, and Administrator to ensure smooth patient admissions.
  • Establish and maintain professional connections with key decision-makers and referral sources.
  • Conduct ongoing marketing assessments, monitor effectiveness, and provide cost-efficiency reports.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations for all marketing, outreach, and enrollment activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and related policies and procedures.
  • Be available on weekends as needed to address urgent inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of field sales experience preferred

  • 1+year of sales/marketing experience in home health preferred

  • Track records of successfully achieving/exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated success in growing a territory’s business over time

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Associate Degree or equivalent

  • Ability to strategize, plan, and execute

  • Enjoys relationship building and networking
