What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily cement production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cement manufacturing.
  • Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
  • Support and coach production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. This position works a 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
