What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily cement production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cement manufacturing.
  • Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
  • Support and coach production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. This position works a 12 hour rotating DuPont schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
