Sales and Brand growth: Strategic local and market-level marketing efforts maintain

momentum for the brand and the business.

Responsibilities:

Create and execute strategies that impact the growth of sales through check

average, transaction count, and outside sales.

Maintain Brand Standard and Brand Integrity

Maintain Spotlight

Manage all Social Media platforms

Schedule and Conduct Quarterly & Yearly Marketing meetings

Develop plans & strategies that align with our goals

Maintain Chick-fil-A Rollout Calendar & Campaigns

Oversee and provide accountability for Catering Team

Increase Catering Sales

Increase Mobile Sales

Promote team member engagement with CEM scores that promote brand growth

Create and execute the restaurant marketing strategy

Bridge the gap from community to team by building business ambassadors that
