Job description

Job Summary:

AiNow Technologies is currently seeking a Small Cell Technician in the Dallas, TX market. This individual is responsible for completing on-site field work activities associated with each small cell construction project.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):

o Prep materials and equipment for each project so the job can be completed properly, safely, and efficiently.

o Field Work – Perform field work in accordance with client work orders, that includes but not limited to installation of radios, antennas coax, and fiber.

o Documentation – Record information associated with each work activity and report information after completing field work on the site.

o Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skill/Ability

  • Communication Skills – Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver concise, understandable reports and instructions
  • Computer Skills – Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including spreadsheet and word processing programs
  • Valid Driver’s License – Clean motor vehicle record and ability to drive a company vehicle with or without trailering

Equivalent Education/Experience

  • Graduation from High School or equivalent
  • Experience in Telecommunications, or Utility, or Tower Construction field, or related fields preferred but not required
  • OSHA-10 Certification preferred but not required

CPR/First Aid preferred but not required
