Senior Business Development Executive

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive commercial sales growth. This role is focused on generating new business, developing long-term client relationships, and expanding recurring commercial accounts throughout Central Indiana. The position is ideal for a highly motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.Build relationships with commercial real estate firms, contractors, property managers, healthcare organizations, schools, municipalities, and other B2B customers.Prepare estimates with internal production support and close profitable opportunities.Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly forecasting updates.Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for repeat business.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65,000 annually
Car Allowance: $500/month
Cell Phone: Company-provided or $100/month stipend
