Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Pearl River, NY is currently looking for an Biology Scientist to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Biology Scientist (Cell Culture, ELISA)
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 48 months
Location: Pearl River, NY
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description:
Bench Scientist
 
Summary:
Client is seeking a motivated Bench Scientist to join their team in Pearl River, NY! 
The Bench Scientist will execute laboratory-based experiments that support scientific research, product development, and technical investigations.
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments using established scientific methods to support research and development objectives
Prepare and analyze samples using appropriate instrumentation and techniques
Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in compliance with GLP and internal standards
Collaborate with scientists and project teams to troubleshoot issues and interpret data
 
Qualifications:
Degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
0-2 years' experience required
Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to the scientific discipline
Ability to follow and adapt scientific protocols with attention to detail
Strong documentation and data interpretation skills
Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
 
Location/Schedule:
This is an onsite role based in Pearl River, NY
Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week
