Provides service and care to each resident in a timely efficient manner. Maintains expectations of resident and family with satisfactory results and implements high quality services in a positive customer service focused manner.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws off the state of Connecticut
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.

  • Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
