*This position is contingent upon contract award*Job purposeThe Marketing Analyst/Outreach Coordinator develops and executes CDET outreach, marketing, social-media, and strategic-communication efforts and advises leadership and regional campuses on consistent, audience-focused messaging.Duties and responsibilitiesSupport the planning of and coordinate all outreach and communication efforts to inform, educate, and foster key audience awareness of CDET products and programs.Provide information about CDET programs, distance learning development capabilities, and MarineNet system training management capabilities to leadership, program managers, and Program of Instruction (POI)/curriculum developers at USMC formal schools, TECOM and EDCOM branches and divisions, and Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) branches and divisions.Support the maintenance of a robust and aggressive customer outreach and marketing campaign to improve the use of distance learning throughout the Marine Corps and develop a Strategic Communications plan for use by all the regional Campuses.Provide outreach expertise to assist the seven CDET RDs in the development and execution of their region-specific Outreach Programs.Advise CDET Director, Deputy Director, and other senior staff on all matters pertaining to public opinion, media environment, and customer communication regarding CDET and its programs.Maintain CDET social media sites and post information weekly to create customer engagement.Serve as CDET's primary coordinator, advisor, and writer for key industry publications and correspondence to ensure style, manner, content, and voice are consistent and reflect the CDET's communication message.Provide outreach content expertise to all CDET departments, including the CDET website, to ensure style, manner, content, and voice are consistent and reflect CDET mission and messages.Estimate, track, and report Document Automated Production Service (DAPS) printing expenditures.Work closely with the RDs and their designated personnel to assist them in communicating with their prospective audiences via social media platforms, etc.QualificationsCertified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) preferred.Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline is desired.EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Communication, or a related field.Years of Relative Work Experience:Five (5) years of professional experience in marketing, outreach, communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement.Experience developing and executing communication or outreach campaigns.Clearance:Minimum Tier 1 background investigation and Government-access eligibility are required; an active Secret clearance is required before supporting classified events or tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
