Job Details.

  • 53' Reefer Trailers with a Dedicated Grocery Account
  • 100% touch freight
  • Home Daily/Nightly
  • The driver must be willing to drive during the day/night/weekends
  • Local slip seat, driver assist, multi stop deliveries
  • Average 1100 miles a week.

Pay/Benefits

  • .56/cpm to .61/cpm depending on experience.
  • $55.00 unload pay per trailer w/Electric Pallet Jack
  • $20 first stop pay - $15 each stop after.
  • New drivers will complete 4-6 weeks of OTR training with a mentor
  • Trainee Pay $650.00/week
  • Bonus Pay: $1500.00 toal payout paid in 30, 60, 90 days increment
  • $1300 - $1400 average weekly pay.
  • Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL (21+)
  • Graduated from accredited driving school and completed 120+ hrs
  • Strong safety record
  • Professional work history with minimal gaps
  • No recent safety-related employment issues
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening (urine & hair)
