What Youll Earn
  • Weekly Average: $1,200 $1,500 (Top performers reach $1,800/week)

  • First 90 Days Safety Net: $1,000 weekly pay guarantee once you go solo

  • Consistent Runs: 1,900 2,300 miles per week

  • Additional Compensation: $15 stop pay + OTR rates for short-haul trips

Shift & Home Time
  • Home Time: Every 14 days

  • Schedules: Day/Night shifts with weekend availability required

  • Holidays: Flexible scheduling arranged through your lead coordinator

Load Details
  • Hauling: Temperature-controlled freight (Reefer)

  • Workload: 100% No-Touch Freight (approx. 60% Drop & Hook, plus live loads/unloads)

CDL Student & Trainee Program
