Cheeseman Transport is hiring CDL A regional dry van drivers in Channahon, IL. Drivers will be delivering forklifts, tow motors and their parts in 53ft dry van trailers in the eastern half of the US. Cheeseman Transport is a leading provider of transportation and supply chain solutions that was founded in 1946 growing from a single truck to a fleet of over 325 tractors and 1000 trailers with multiple service centers. Compensation

  • Average gross weekly pay: $1,800
  • Pay based on miles and stops
    • Paid practical miles, paid for all miles loaded or empty
    • Stop pay: $15- $33per stop
    • Securing pay: $1 per 1000 pounds secured

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Level of Touch: No loading or unloading, must secure freight with wooden blocks and nail gun
