Class B CDL Driver – Local Night Routes (Touch Freight)

Location: Southern California (Local Routes)
Job Type: Contingent / On-Call
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Class B CDL Drivers to operate 26-foot straight trucks for local storefront deliveries throughout Southern California. This is a touch freight position requiring hands-on loading and unloading. Reliability, sound judgment, and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Schedule & Shift Details

  • Start Time: Between 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM

(Exact start times and routes will be assigned during onboarding.)

  • Schedule:
  • Drivers will generally receive two days off per week
  • Most schedules will include weekends
  • Anticipated schedules are expected to be Thursday through Monday, though final schedules may change during onboarding
  • Weekends & Holidays:
  • Mandatory availability
  • Operation is closed only three days per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 26-foot straight truck
  • Perform local deliveries to storefront locations
  • Load and unload freight (touch freight)
  • Use electric and manual pallet jacks, as well as dollies
  • Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while maintaining safety standards
  • Follow company policies, DOT regulations, and customer service expectations
