Home Every Night!  10-12 Hour Shifts, Roll Off Bins and Compactor Swaps.  5-6 Days Weekly. 

The position we have available is for experienced Roll Off Drivers and the duties are critical to our continued growth and success.  We are looking for a strong minded, intelligent, hardworking, resilient individual with experience and a grasp of trucking, DOT rules and regulations and strong ability to complete proper trucking paperwork.  We have our own well-maintained fleet. 
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Drive Roll off Trucks and drop, switch and dump bins, compactors and roll off flatbeds
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for picking up loads
  • Execute loads in a timely manner and follow the schedule
  • Communicate regularly to dispatch of any issues and status of loads completed
  • Complete all daily pre & post trip inspection and report any issues to Dispatch, Management and Mechanics
  • Complete 12-hour sheet for proper reporting purposes
  • Southern California driving only
  • Weigh Vehicle for both heavy and light weights
  • Understand and comply with DOT regulations
 
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS: 
  • 3 Years CDL Experience
  • Knowledge in DOT Guidelines
  • Experience with swapping compactors and bins
  • Ability to Manually Tarp Roll Off Bins
  • Ability to work long hours, in accordance with DOT guidelines
  • Quick learner and intelligent
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • The desire to do the job right every time

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: 
- Starting At $25.00 - $26.50 Depending on Experience
