Job description

Job Title: CDL Class A or B Driver – Building Materials Delivery
Location: Roanoke, VA

Pay:
• Class A: $24.00 – $26.00/hr
• Class B: $23.00 – $25.00/hr

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Start time: 6:00 AM
• End time: Approximately 3:30 PM (OT after 40hrs)

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lumber and building materials to residential and commercial job sites
• Operate box trucks (with helper), straight trucks, flatbeds with Moffett forklifts, and occasionally semi-trailers (Class A)
• Complete 1–5 delivery stops per day
• Deliver within a typical 50-mile radius 
• Load and unload materials at delivery locations
 

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Valid CDL Class A or B License required
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience required
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 100+ lbs
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Manual transmission experience preferred for Class A drivers, but CDL restrictions accepted
