About the Role


Enabled Energyis seeking an experiencedSuperintendent to jointhe EEDeliveryTeam.


The Superintendentwill manage specific projects onsiteonworking under the direction of a Construction Manager.They ensure that each project they are assignedto,willbedeliveredwithhigh quality, on time, and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a basic understandingofproject management delivery, is proficient incommunication, organization, and serviceskillsand will activelyparticipatein the installation of thecontractedsolution.

Travel:Across United States & Canada isrequiredapproximately70%of the time.The candidate will be expected to spend a majority of his or her time at the customer sitesmanaging construction projects and developing relationships with the local customer teams.


Experience:

  • Minimum3years of construction experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools
  • Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.)
  • Use ofspecialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.)
  • Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire,strippingand landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc.
  • Use of electricalmeterto verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.
  • Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs,etc;
  • Strongsupervisionskillsand work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Technicalproficiencyin construction and data center systems
  • Skilled in subcontractor coordination and procurement
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
