What you'll be doing:
Responsible for leading the staff and the point of contact for the customer when the site supervisor is not on contract site while still performing their routine daily duties associated with the daily cleaning.
Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for leading the staff when the site supervisor is not on site.
  • Be point of contact for the customer, on site, when the site supervisor is not on site.
  • Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, damp mopping tile floors and stairwells.
  • Dust and clean walls, doors, windows and other surfaces above floor.
  • Dust, clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Police common areas.
  • Police around building exterior.
  • Empty trash from offices and other assigned areas and place in designated areas for disposal.
  • Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.
  • Perform other related work as required and/ or instructed by site supervisor.
