Job description

SUMMARY:

The Red Tail DMO will utilize the dish machine to provide clean and sanitized food prep and service items to guests and employees in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items according to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Properly store and stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware from dish machine.
  • Maintain proper temperatures and chemicals while running the dish machine.
  • Stock serving stations with plates and utensils.
  • Properly clean and sanitize work area during and after shift.
  • Remove garbage and clean garbage cans as needed.
  • Sweep and mop floors and coolers as directed by supervisor.
  • Remove cardboard as needed from kitchen area.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.ย 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of proper kitchen sanitation preferred.ย
