Job description

PAY RATE - BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)

  • Rate is based on years of related experience

NOW OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening.

SUMMARY:

  • BHT assignments available throughout Lebanon County, PA areas

Case Needs: (some cases may be in process with a candidate)

  • Lebanon- School- M-F 8:45am-3:30pm
  • Lebanon- School- M-F 9:30am-12:30pm
  • Lebanon- Home- Tuesday & Thursday 4;30-5:20; NSY: M-F 8:45am-3:30pm - exp preferred
  • Palmyra, PA- M-F 8:30am- 3:35- School; Home hours 4-5pm M-F- female staff preferred

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
  • Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
  • Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Human Services FBI - Use code 1KG738
  • TB Screening (current within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts

* CCRES paid clearances & TB screening!

POST-OFFER REQUIREMENT: 

  • Candidates selected for this position will be required to complete job-related Post-Offer Employment Testing (POET) following a conditional offer of employment. The assessment evaluates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
