  • Provide Tier 3 technical support and root-cause troubleshooting for complex network incidents, including periodic after-hours and weekend support.
  • Test, evaluate, and validate LAN/WAN and WLAN operating systems (Cisco IOS, NX-OS) and emerging hardware solutions.
  • Author and update network topology diagrams, configuration guides, operating procedures, and technical standards.

  • Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent Cisco certification (e.g., CCNP Enterprise with Wireless Specialist, or Cisco 300-715 SISE: Implementing and Configuring Cisco Identity Services Engine).
  • Routing & Switching: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring routing protocols and enterprise switching across medium-to-large multi-site networks (600+ to 1000+ locations with 1–2 data centers).
  • Mobility & Travel: Ability to travel domestically 25%–50% and work regularly on-site at local facilities/warehouses.
Desired Qualifications
  • CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) Written exam passed within the last year.

  • 2+ years of experience writing Python automation scripts and utilizing Regular Expressions for network configuration and data parsing.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with physical media, structured cabling, and rack-and-stack operations for wired/wireless equipment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with experience interfacing directly with customer stakeholders on a daily basis.
Benefits & Compensation
