Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Team Lead, Network Field Cabling Installation is a developing management role, responsible for leading and managing a team of network cabling installation engineers.
This role ensures the efficient design, installation, maintenance, and management of network cabling systems within the organization's facilities, including data centers, offices, and remote sites.
The Senior Team Lead, Network Field Cabling Installation collaborates with cross-functional teams, oversees projects, and plays a pivotal role in maintaining a robust and reliable network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leads, mentors, and supervises a team of network cabling installation engineers whilst fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of network cabling projects.
  • Collaborates with project managers, network engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans for network cabling infrastructure to support the organization's IT and business objectives.
  • Assesses future capacity needs and technology trends to guide infrastructure planning.
  • Ensures that network cabling installations meet industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Conducts quality assessments and inspections of completed installations.
  • Allocates resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support cabling projects.
